Thanks for the feedback.

I'll add the necessary requires for perl(JSON), but I think the real problem
lies upstream (Catalyst::View::JSON defaults to requiring JSON rather than let
JSON::Any pick an implementation automatically - will see if upstream are okay
to change that behaviour).

And I'll explicitly add the index and upload directories to %files.
