I did have to update libxml2. I haven't tested it on all our machines to see if
it breaks stuff. It definitely bears looking in to. The reason why i updated it
is because the RPM required it, not because of any tests of fails. I was
planing on experimenting with a rebuild with a modified RPM to see if it would
still work.
