perl-IO-Compress-Base use name space Validator:: (Validator::new ...),
this conflict with our modules (namely SatConfig-cluster from Spacewalk). In
new version in CPAN it is already fixed and it use namespace
IO::Compress::Base::Validator::

It will be nice if you can upgrade perl-IO-Compress-Base to latest version
(currently IO-Compress-2.023)
