IO-Compress-2.023 merge two packages: IO-Compress-Base and IO-Compress. It's
almost impossible update them without breaking other (sub)modules in perl core.
This bug is also fixed in http://search.cpan.org/dist/IO-Compress-Base/ v2.015.
