I'm thinking it's a good idea to add something to the effect of:
%filter_from_provides /perl(UNIVERSAL)/d; /perl(DB)/d
to our %perl_default_filter... I can think of a couple cases where a
package could legitimately be saying 'package DB' or 'package
UNIVERSAL', but I can't think of any good reason a perl-* package
should be providing those at the RPM-metadata level. Can you? :)
