The current python-setuptools in rawhide (F-13) is now distribute.  Let me
know/file a bug/etc if something starts to fail unepexctedly. (abadger1999
on freenode is the best way to get quick help).

Couple review bugs of sorts to work out details of packaging for python3:

There's a lot of options. We need to figure out which of those is the most
sane.
