I have packaging R packages pretty well down to an art [herrold at centos-5 ~]$ cd build [herrold at centos-5 build]$ cd R [herrold at centos-5 R]$ cd R2spec/ [herrold at centos-5 R2spec]$ ls *.spec | wc -l 284 but it is not at all clear how the make check part is being finnessed, as I get at least three solution path variants. Looking at Dirk's latest is on my docket. -- Russ herrold From ihok at hotmail.com Fri Jul 24 21:01:02 2009 From: ihok at hotmail.com (Jack Tanner) Date: Fri, 24 Jul 2009 17:01:02 -0400 Subject: [Fedora-r-devel-list] rapache Message-ID: I assume this will be a somewhat ambitious packaging project... So if you have some time on your hands, please feel free. :) http://biostat.mc.vanderbilt.edu/rapache/ I'd love to run R as a web service so that I can POST scripts & data to it, and get results over HTTP. _________________________________________________________________ Windows Live?
