Yeah, not sure why thats not in the man page. Perhaps file a bug
against rpm?
It means "C selinux Context differs".
Are you running with selinux disabled? Somehow the selinux context on
those files is now wrong. You can do a 'fixfiles relabel' or a
'touch /.autorelabel' and reboot to try and fix them.
