its a bug in bodhi.  it was discovered last week.  it was mentioned on fedora-
infrastructure-list https://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-infrastructure-
list/2008-November/msg00150.html  just waiting for the patch to be deployed 
and errata's to be regenerated
