SELinux denies setrlimit during user login

Hello,

the current policies still seem to deny the setting of limits
during user login (local and remote, but not during gdm-login).
The settings get established using the pam module and its
configuration. (Raising file limits and such)

Right now i have to run in permissive mode in order to be able
to log in as root and users.

Could someone change the policies accordingly or tell me what to
try to be able to log on in enforcing mode ?

 Regards, Udo
