FC2 SELinux Installation issue (Newbie)

I believe you can boot in permissive mode (without editing the config 
file) by
entering enforcing=0 as a boot parameter. So, this may be simpler....

1.  Boot with 'enforcing=0 single' to get to single-user mode/permissive.
2.  'fixfiles relabel' (or 'make relabel' if needed)
3.  Reboot
