avc denied from postgresql

You must add 
/usr/bin/postgres --    system_u:object_r:postgresql_exec_t
to postgresql.fc
and , comment out 
session           optional     /lib/security/$ISA/pam_selinux.so multiple
from /etc/pam.d/su.
