FC2 install botch/home directory not properly labelled...

I just did a fresh, clean install of FC2 with selinux enabled (in boot/install prompt).

When completed (after install and firstboot finished), I could not login either as
the user I created in firstboot or as root (both in graphical mode).
The error reported that the home directory did not exist.

I rebooted in single user mode and determined that the user's home directory was not
properly labelled.... The directory and all files in it were labeled 
    system_u:object_r:home_root_t

I ran 'fixfiles relabel'. It correctly relabeled those (and other) files.

So, either firstboot didn't do the labelling, or the labelling failed
across a mount point (/home was mounted on /dev/hdb20), or I'm 
supposed to manually run fixfiles after install, or .... ?

I filed a bugzilla against firstboot, but I'm not sure this is correct.
