setools in Fedora

One of Japanese users reported same problem, 
but he could resolve it.
As he say, it seems language dependent problem.

When we install Fedora as Japanese,
LANG is ja_JP.UTF-8.
When LANG is ja_JP.UTF-8 Bwidget is very slow in some environment.

But, after "unset LANG" Bwidget and setools works normally!
When "LANG = en_US.UTF-8" Bwidget works fine as well.
