SELinux and Big Brother

It turns out my previous post is not a complete solution to the clash 
between Big Brother and SELinux.  The BB cgi scripts still don't work, 
because even though they are in /var/www/cgi-bin, they run in a context 
which doesn't give them access to the files in bb's home directory.  Is 
there a fix to this problem short of changing all of the bb user's files 
to type httpd_user_content_t?
