Enable the Livna repo in yum, then

yum install audacity

Example /etc/yum.repos.d/livna.repo:

[livna]
name=Livna for Fedora Core $releasever - $basearch - Base
baseurl=http://rpm.livna.org/fedora/$releasever/$basearch/RPMS.lvn
enabled=1
gpgcheck=1
