swapfile is not automatically enabled

Hi!

I see these AVC messages when system wants to enable swapfile on boot:

OS: FC4
selinux-policy-targeted: 1.27.1-2.22

Everything works fine if I boot with `enforcing=0' kernel option. That 
is more, default SELinux policy in FC5 does not cause such a problems.

How can I fix it?
