segatex-4.40 released

Hi, I released segatex-4.40.

segatex is SELinux tool written with qt.
GUI program and colorful.

segatex-4.40 can do,

audit2allow
semodule
semanage login, fcontext, and list objects.
Analize refpolicy (20071214 included).
Edit files related to policies like .te, .fc, .if files.
