General interface question

By looking into your modules .if (interface) file.
That is also why it is important to have them in /usr/share/selinux/devel/include with the other .if files. Else you wont be able to use then in any case.

So if you created/installed a module (.pp) and you suspect other (new self created) modules may need to interact with it. copy the modules .if file to the /usr/share/selinux/devel/include location. So that you will be able to use them.
