Using ALSA?....

Bill-

Thats what i thought, but after typing that , i got nothing out of it.  I
checked the list via lsmod command and i see this:

ac97_codec             19468  1 trident
soundcore               8768  3 sound,trident

Now that isnt supposed to be like that is it?

lsmod | grep "snd-"

ALSA modules start with snd-XXX.
