Severn updates RHN channel

I'm trying to log to the up2date but I get the following error when
running up2date:

Error communicating with server. The message was:
IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOLLOWS:
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties.
Service will be restored as soon as possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause.
