FC1 AMD64 Preview installer crash

Booting my 8GB node with mem=1024M does indeed get it to hang after the 
oops.  Same for mem=2048M and mem=4033M[1].  mem=4095M got it to boot up.  
Is there some other magic value I should try that would help pin down 
where the border is?

[1] The system messages mention "Your BIOS doesn't leave a aperture memory 
hole\Please enable the IOMMU option in the BIOS setup\This costs you 64 MB 
of RAM", so I tried 4096-64+1.
