rivatv 0.8.3 compile problem

Hi,

I'm getting error while trying to compile rivatv-0.8.3:
A warning appears during configure:

Checking for kernel gcc... 3.2.3

and make is terminated by :

Do you have any experience to solve this problem on fc1 with 
2.4.22-1.2129.nptl?
