FYI, the site maintainer contacted me and stated that

the rsync is still running against the whole tree but the isos were 
retrived via bit-torrent. as soon as I can rerun the rsync they ought to 
all match...


IIRC, there were complaints from some users about having problems with md5sums under bittorrent early today. 

This may be the cause of the problem and hopefully it will be fixed soon.
