Well supported, reliable NICs for Redhat Linux/Fedora?

I don't see an indication in the bug report that ACPI is enabled for
these failures.  The entries which show enough dmesg to tell indicate
that is is _not_ enabled.

If you find it works with acpi=off and fails with acpi=on, please let me
know.
