stupid apt problem

you should just download
ftp://ftp.dulug.duke.edu/pub/redhat/linux/beta/severn/en/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/redhat-release-0.94-2.rpm from this or any ftp site with the test core files and then do up2date and it should load the updates for you.
