I consider well-written man pages to be "real" documentation. Info pages tend 
to be well-written, but smell of a failed alternative. Many of the README 
files in /usr/share/doc aren't worth the electrons they're printed on, but 
some of the best info is buried there and in the source code.

Fedora has a chance to really shine by leading the way in this aspect of 
documentation.
