30 seconds wasn't intended to reflect the length of time I waited,
rather it was just a (rather misguided) attempt to mention that I had
just encountered this problem. Believe me, this was NOT normal in the
least. But if you check the bugzilla entry, you'll see that it seems to
be related to either an erroneous /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources, or a bad
assumption on the part of the packagers that we all have yum installed.
