it's not officially supported, I don't think. But I did it with a prior
release, I thing phoebe to shrike, using the freshrpms.net repository.
You have the right idea. You take the .93 repo out of /etc/apt/sources
and put in the .94 repo, then do apt-get update and apt-get
dist-upgrade. You may have to grab the comps RPM off an ftp site and
upgrade it manually. There was also a change from redhat-release to
fedora release that apt might not pick up on. Lastly, apt is pretty
strongly against installing a new kernel via an upgrade. So you will
have to apt-get install the kernel version manually. I think that's it,
I'm sure someone will chime in if I missed anything.
