Adopt an RPM

Is there an "Adopt an RPM" program within the QA project?
I am a regular user of Redhat.  I'd like to help.

For example, I use the SGML tools
and have reported bugs in the past.  This would not be really rigorous
testing, but at least it might get some of the more obscure rpms tested
more often.  Simple test that a user like myself could perform:
 
* Does package verify?
* Does it install (or upgrade)?
* Do any of the install scripts encounter problems?
* Does it verify after install?
* Does each executable run?
* Is the documentation there?
