yum & kernel updates (rawhide-2.4/arjanv-2.6)

I have the opposite problem.  Once I manually installed a 2.6 kernel to
play with, yum won't auto-update my 2.4 kernel anymore.

Also I noticed that when  boot with 2.6, the mouse wheel of all things
doesn't work.
