Yep, log in at http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-test-list and
look for:

 Disable mail delivery
Turn this on if you want mail to not be delivered to you for a little while.

You might also check http://gmane.org/post.php, though I have no
experience if it is able to post to any Red Hat lists.
