dev package does not have /dev/cdrom

Packages in bugzilla are split by src.rpm, not by the binary ones.

$ rpm -qi dev | grep Source
Group       : System Environment/Base       Source RPM: MAKEDEV-3.3.8-2.src.rpm

So you want to file it under that instead.

(There is a proper sort of query you can do with rpm, but grep is
easier to remember :))
