why can't up2date resume downloads?

I was worried there for a bit cos you mentioned wget and I assumed you
knew. I double checked and up2date-config proves the default location
for updates is https://xmlrpc.rhn.redhat.com/XMLRPC.

Incidentally wget seems to be both an http and ftp client so ignore my
comments above :-)
