Actually, it's working for me now even with the os and updates included:

rpm http://download.fedora.us/fedora redhat/0.94/i386 os updates stable
rpm-src http://download.fedora.us/fedora redhat/0.94/i386 os updates
stable

Maybe there's just a day or two delay?
