No, but you can package it as an rpm using the nosrc.rpm from 
jpackage.org.  You'll have to download the nosrc.rpm's, get the binaries 
from sun, and (re)build the binary rpms yourself.

You can alternatively use my redhat'ized versions of the jpackage stuff:
http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/jpackage/
