I'd heard some discussions that indicated that ReiserFS doesn't check 
for hash collisions in its directories, and that there was a non-zero 
probability that a new file would replace an older file even though 
their names did not match.  It seemed a little incredible.  Is that 
claim now untrue?  Was it ever true?
