Two tiny bugs (Anaconda/install, KDE)

Install:
When choosing Norwegian as the install language, the next page selecting
the keyboard has not automatically selected the corresponding keyboard.
In fact, no keyboard at all is selected.

KDE: (this bug is tiny, almost invisible)
When the KDE splash screen comes up, and the second icon is flashing, a
small part of the next icon is flashing too. So when the third icon is
flashing a small part on the left is not flashing. Not really a show
stopper, but it looks weird.
