Java crashes thoug I export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL, Domino works now

This means nothing wrt to LD_ASSUME_KERNEL functioning or not.  You'll
have to look at the DSOs loaded and they definitely are as expected.
It's just that the old IBM jvms aren't working at all with the new
kernels.  See bz #102683.
