jpilot unusable with norwegian characters

All lines with a norwegian character (æøå) will be cut off at that
character. I think that is related to jpilot being compiled with --gtk2
(or similar), because compiling it from source with no
./configure-options makes it usable again?

Any reason for using gtk2? I'm not sure if it should be used if it
breaks some systems....
