up2date: rpm.error: public key not trusted?

I got this error, and it was caused by a failure to download the
redhat-config-network* rpms mentioned in an earlier messages. Looking
in /var/spool/up2date/ the redhat-config-network* packages were copies
of the 404 page, not rpms at all. Installing the rest of the downloaded rpms
worked fine, but these 2 always fail no matter how many times I try to
download them again.
