RFT: openoffice.org tweaks to speed up startup

Did you measure that test on soffice3.bin from a cold-booted system? 
Otherwise, you may run into the pagein behavior and the libraries will
already be loaded.  If you're going to do objective tests of this, you
have to cold-boot each time you test a different soffice binary...
