up2date problems with aspell and xemacs-el

Up2date works again since updating the RHNS-CA-CERT files, but it keeps
saying I need to upgrade aspell and xemacs-el. When I select those
packages and proceed, I get a Warning window saying:

     "Test install failed because of package conflicts:
     package aspell-0.50.3-15 is already installed
     package xemacs-3l-21.4.13-4 is already installed"

I've run 'up2date -p' multiple times, but the problem persists. When I
check the version of up2date itself, I get this:

# rpm -qa | grep up2date
up2date-3.1.46-2
error: rpmdbNextIterator: skipping h#     920 Header V3 DSA signature:
BAD, key ID 897da07a
up2date-gnome-3.1.46-2

Is anyone else seeing this?
