Dear Michael,

Here's hoping that everyone at Red Hat, and their families and homes, are safe and secure. I think we all hope that if you've lost
power and Internet access, that it comes back soon. (Nearly 700,000 homes lost power in North Carolina.)

The efforts that you made to update the Website, to keep us updated with information, I think, were nothing short of heroic.

As I drove east of Raleigh yesterday, the devestation I saw in a number of communities (homes crushed by trees, missing roofs, long
lines for food in shelters, etc) was scary. I saw similar destruction to homes just 1/2 mile east of me. I understand it is just as
bad a few miles to the north and south of me.

Hurricane Isabel was horrible - but it could have been so much worse.
