Include MPlayer in beta?

I consider this to be an excellent reason why there needs to be an
outside-of-the-us yum/apt/etc repository available for packages that 1.
red hat can't ship legally and 2. can't be housed on a us server legally
but 3. everyone installs for themselves* :)
