Error in redhat-config-network

I don't have /usr/sbin at all in my path

here is what prints printenv

PATH=/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/home/santiago/bin

I tried to put /usr/sbin in my path and everything is fine.
