update to kernel-2.4.22-1.2040

[Féliciano Matias]

for rpm (and up2date/yum/apt) the new kernel (2.4.22-1.2040.nptl) is
older than the previous kernel (2.4.22-20.1.2024.2.36.nptl).

So use "rpm -U --oldpackages" to update.
