But you haven't run that command-line yet, have you?

This is not Severn anymore, but Raw Hide Release 20030913 (see "cat
/etc/redhat-release") and hence is not compatible with the RHN Severn
Updates channel. You need to install a compatible redhat-release
package from Severn.
