No /etc/sysconfig/selinux config file after yum upgrade.

Hi!
After upgrading my system and doing a little reading on the subject, I
find that I'm missing the selinux config file. I've installed all the
policy packages and relabeled my filesystem, but there is no sign of the
config file; should I create it manually?
