policy-1.9.2-9 causes kernel panic during boot

The policy. file in /etc/security/selinux/ is supposed to be policy.16

If you rename it and load it the kernel panic should go away, I've tried
it here and it worked successfully.

mv /etc/security/selinux/policy. /etc/security/selinux/policy.16
load_policy /etc/security/selinux/policy.16
